Own paid social accounts end to end - strategy, creative testing and the day-to-day - for brands that want social to sell, not just spend.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll own a portfolio of paid social accounts - Meta first, plus LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest where they fit - and be accountable for what they deliver: profitable, full-funnel growth, not just cheap clicks.
You'll work directly with clients and lead an always-on creative testing approach - because on social, the creative is the targeting. You'll set the structure, decide what to test next, and read the results honestly.
And you'll help raise the standard around you - sharing playbooks, coaching on creative quality, and keeping campaign QA tight across the team.
