This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll own a portfolio of paid search accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and be accountable for what they deliver: profitable growth, not ROAS theatre. You'll set the strategy, build the structure, and stay close enough to the detail to know exactly why a number moved.
You'll work directly with clients - marketing leaders at growing and established brands - explaining the work in plain English and earning the right to do more of it. There's no account-management layer between you and the people you're doing the work for.
And because sharing what we know is part of how we work, you'll help raise the standard of the executives around you - through QA, frameworks, and the conversations that make a whole team sharper.
