Graduate role

Graduate Paid Media Executive.

Start your career in paid media with senior practitioners who'll actually teach you the craft - on real accounts, from day one.

Newcastle · hybrid Full-time · permanent Competitive graduate salary Paid Media team
The role

Learn the craft properly, on real accounts.

This is an entry-level role for someone at the start of their career in digital. You don't need agency experience - you need to be curious, numerate and genuinely keen to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

You'll sit with senior practitioners and learn on real client accounts from day one - Google Ads, Meta and the analytics underneath them. Structured support, proper feedback, and the space to get good. Sharing what we know is part of how we work, and that starts with the people who join us.

The goal is simple: bring you in, teach you to do this properly, and grow you into someone who owns their own accounts.

What you'll do

The day-to-day.

What we're looking for

Attitude over experience.

What matters

  • Genuinely curious, and happy to get stuck into the detail of why something works.
  • Comfortable with numbers - you don't fear a spreadsheet.
  • A clear communicator, in writing and out loud.
  • Some exposure to digital marketing - a degree, placement, internship, certification or side project all count.
  • Eager to learn, take feedback, and get better fast.

Bonus points

  • Google Ads or Meta certifications (even the free ones).
  • A personal project or society role where you ran some ads or analytics.
  • Familiarity with GA4 or Google Tag Manager.
  • A placement year or internship in marketing.
